Sonos Pop Up Shops
RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN LONDON AND BERLIN

When Sonos opened its first flagship store in Soho, NYC, the retail concept was a blend of culture and commerce. The space provided customers with an immersive listening experience in custom-designed listening rooms, as well as a physical space for people to engage in culture through brand activations and events. We were tasked with extending this concept to pop up stores in London and Berlin in a way that felt aligned to the NYC model, but embraced the local culture of these cities in an authentic way. The shops highlighted a mix of product storytelling with brand events that celebrated the local scene in music, art and design. At launch, the locations featured custom listening rooms designed by local creators and a David Bowie photography exhibition displaying iconic images of the artist in each respective city. We collaborated with an incredibly talented, cross-functional team to thread all facets of the experience, including space design and styling, product storytelling, art curation, event promotion, in-store collateral and customer giveaways.
